Trinity Shopfitting partnered with Vie Studio to create a contemporary Yakiniku dining experience. Our goal was to fuse modern Japanese elegance with operational efficiency, delivering a space that feels both intimate and connected.
Design Approach
Precision-cut timber slats and solid oak benchtops exude natural warmth. Discreet LED accents frame feature walls and define dining nooks, while open-plan grilling fosters interaction between guests and chefs. Robust Corian surfaces and concealed service corridors ensure the fit-out withstands daily use.
Yakiniku Yokocho Grand has swiftly become a Burwood landmark. Its cohesive design has enhanced brand perception, boosted foot traffic, and set a new benchmark for premium Japanese fit-outs.
